A longtime Kauaʻi resident, Greg Holder knows firsthand what it takes to find—and build—a home on the island. He and his wife designed and constructed their family home while raising two daughters in the local community.

Greg believes real estate is about relationships, not transactions. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals and provide honest guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

Beyond real estate, Greg volunteers with Reef Guardians, supporting water-quality monitoring and conservation efforts that help protect Kauaʻi’s beaches and reefs for future generations.
